Anuncio Completo brings together everything idealista values in listing quality. Visita Virtual adds the 360° tour, which gets the listing into idealista's virtual tour filter and opens it on Fotocasa. Exclusiva adds the material designed for the meeting with the owner and for your social media.

Walkthrough video. Horizontal 1080p MP4, 60-90 seconds, licensed music. Filmed on a gimbal in the same order as the photos. No voice-over. Ready for idealista, YouTube and your website. Delivered in 96 h.

2D floor plan. Floor plan with approximate measurements per room and total area, without furniture. PDF and PNG. With your agency's branding if you want it. Delivered in 48 h.

ES+EN listing copy. Copy in Spanish and British English, about 300 words in total, checked by a native editor, built around the three selling points from the briefing. Ready to paste. It doesn't include checking floor area, year or energy certificate: that's the advertiser's information.

How it's delivered and for how long. Gallery with your branding, one link, folders by destination. Link active for 12 months. Masters kept for 12 months; after that they are deleted and we let you know. Invoice on the day of delivery. One round of adjustments in the following 7 days, at no cost. If we deliver late, that property gets a 10% discount.

Rain, access, preparation. Rain: interiors go ahead, exteriors are reshot at no cost. No access or cancellation with less than 24 h: €75 and a new date. Property not ready: 15 minutes of basic arranging included; the rest is photographed as it is.

How it works

01 You ask for a date

On WhatsApp, with the address and the size. We confirm it in under 2 h and tell you how long the shoot takes, so you can pass it on to the owner.

02 We go to the property

A shoot of 1 h 30 to 2 h 45 depending on the package and the size. Photos, video, floor plan and, depending on the package, 360° tour and vertical shots for social media, all on the same visit.

03 You publish

Photos, floor plan, listing copy in Spanish and English and tour in 48 h, in folders ready for idealista, Fotocasa, your website and your social media. Video and reels in 96 h.
