Everything a listing needs comes from a single visit to the property. The services come in packages and some can be added to the same shoot. For each one we explain what it brings to your listing. The examples on this page come from one penthouse, done in a single morning.

Photography
It decides whether the buyer clicks or moves on to the next listing. Straight photos, with the window recovered and the home's own light, in the same order across all your properties. Delivered in 48 h, optimised for portals and in high resolution for print. Included in every package.
Walkthrough video
A 60-90 second video that shows how you move through the home: from the living room to the terrace, from the kitchen to the bedroom. It's the “multimedia” field idealista counts towards listing quality, and you can send it on WhatsApp to the buyer who is in London and can't come on Saturday. We film it on the same visit as the photos. In every package.

Delivered in 96 h, once the listing is already live, to give it a second push on social media.

360° virtual tour
The buyer walks through the home alone, whenever they like, and measures the living room before calling you. The calls you get are from people who have already “been”. On idealista, the tour is one of the four factors that rank listings and the one that switches on the “virtual tour” filter; on Fotocasa it opens the listing. Link ready to embed, hosted for 12 months. In Visita Virtual and Exclusiva; €125 added to any visit.
A walkable tour
It moves through the rooms, looks up and down and measures distances. It comes from the same visit as the photographs.

2D floor plan
A floor plan with measurements is the first thing a serious buyer asks for and the first thing a portal counts towards a “complete listing”. We draw it from the scan, without furniture, with the area of each room. PDF and PNG, with your branding if you want it. In every package.

It travels in the same delivery as the photographs and the listing copy, with nothing ordered separately.

Social media
Social media is now the shop window with the widest reach for a property and for the person selling it. Vertical pieces with subtitles, made for Instagram and TikTok, take the listing to buyers who aren't searching the portals. The piece with you on camera builds your personal brand: it makes you recognisable to buyers and owners, and turns every listing into your best introduction for the next one. It all comes from the same visit. Included in Exclusiva and available as an add-on.

Copy you can paste into the portal the same day the photos arrive. In Spanish for idealista and in British English for the overseas buyer. Written around the three selling points you give us in the briefing and checked by a native editor. Not translated: written twice.

One page with your branding saying what the listing will get, when and why it's done this way. It's what you take to the meeting before signing sole agency.

Three 30-45 second reels with you in them, with script, direction, subtitles and captions to post. For your brand, not for a property.
On its own or added to any shoot.
Virtual staging
For the empty flat that looks smaller in photos than it is. We add digital furniture to the rooms you choose, with a caption visible on the image (“Image with virtual staging. Furniture not included”). We never change walls, windows or floors. The buyer sees the potential and doesn't feel misled at the viewing.
Up to two images included in Exclusiva if the property is empty.
