Frequently asked questions
How long does the shoot take?
Between 1 h 30 and 2 h 45 depending on the package. Each package includes an area: 130, 180 or 250 m². Above that, we add time and €75 per 100 m² or part thereof. We tell you the duration when we confirm the date, so you can pass it on to the owner.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Yes. Up to 24 hours before, at no cost. With less than 24 hours' notice, we charge €75 for the booked slot and travel, and we find a new date that same week. If we are the ones who cancel, that shoot isn't invoiced.
What if it rains?
Interiors go ahead as planned. Exteriors and the façade are reshot another day at no cost. If you'd rather move the whole shoot, we move it. You decide on the morning of the shoot.
What if we can't get into the property?
If nobody opens up or there are no keys, we charge €75 for travel and set a new date. That's why the confirmation asks who will open up and their phone number.
What if the property isn't ready?
We send you the preparation checklist 48 hours before. During the shoot we spend 15 minutes arranging the basics: cushions, towels, worktops. Whatever can't be cleared in 15 minutes is photographed as it is. We don't fix in editing what wasn't prepared in the home.
What if there's a tenant?
We need their permission before going in, and the agency obtains it. Without permission we don't shoot. During the shoot we don't photograph personal belongings, family photos or documents. If the tenant wants to be there, they can.
What usage licence do I get for the material?
You can use it wherever you want, for as long as you want, to sell or let that property and for your agency's brand: portals, website, social media, brochures, shop window. No country limit. It can't be passed to another agency or used to advertise another property. No need to credit us.
What formats do you deliver?
A gallery with your branding and folders by destination. Photos as 2048 px JPG for portals and full resolution for print. Video as horizontal 1080p MP4. Reels as vertical 1080×1920 MP4 with burnt-in subtitles. Floor plan as PDF and PNG. 360° tour as a link to embed on idealista, Fotocasa and your website, hosted for 12 months. The gallery link stays active for 12 months.
